Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

Failed renders are never charged. Your first song lets you watch a preview before you pay. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; used credits cannot. Subscriptions can be canceled any time from Settings → Billing, and a subscription charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits were used.

2. Credit Packs

Rap Duo AI sells one-time credit packs. Each video costs credits according to the model, resolution, and length you choose before rendering: a standard song (720p, 12 seconds) costs 10 credits, and a better model, a higher resolution, or a longer video costs more. Pack credits never expire.

• Single — 10 credits (≈ 1 song), $9.99
• Duo Pack — 50 credits (≈ 5 songs), $29
• Party Pack — 200 credits (≈ 20 songs), $59
• Crew Pack — 500 credits (≈ 50 songs), $99
• Studio Pack — 2,000 credits (≈ 200 songs), $199

3. Subscriptions

In addition to packs, Rap Duo AI offers subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Monthly

• Basic — $29.90/month, 100 credits per month (≈ 10 songs)
• Pro — $49.90/month, 300 credits per month (≈ 30 songs)
• Studio — $99.90/month, 800 credits per month (≈ 80 songs)

Yearly (billed once a year)

• Basic — $100/year, 400 credits (≈ 40 songs)
• Pro — $500/year, 4,000 credits (≈ 400 songs)
• Studio — $600/year, 6,000 credits (≈ 600 songs)

The whole year's credits are granted at the start of the billing year.

• Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only. Monthly credits expire at the end of that month's period; yearly credits expire at the end of the billing year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance, and the credits that expire soonest are used first.

4. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, no further charges are made. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Failed Renders

If a render fails — an error, a safety-filter refusal, or a timeout — you are not charged, and any prepaid credits are returned to your balance automatically. This applies to pack and subscription credits alike. No ticket needed. A render that completes successfully but that you don't like is not a failed render.

6. First Song: Watch Before You Pay

If you are signed in and have no credits, you can render your first video without paying and watch a short watermarked preview, as long as the settings you choose cost no more than 10 credits (a standard song). Unlocking the full HD, watermark-free, downloadable video costs that video's credits. If you don't unlock it, you pay nothing. This offer is limited to one per person, device, and IP address.

7. Refunds on Purchased Packs

• A pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partially used pack may be refunded within the same 7 days for the unused credits, valued at that pack's per-credit price.
• After 7 days, or for credits already used to render or unlock a video, purchases are final.

8. Refunds on Subscriptions

• First subscription payment: may be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge if no subscription credits from it have been used.
• Renewals: a renewal charge may be refunded within 7 days of that charge only if none of that period's credits have been used.
• Otherwise, subscription charges are final, and partial periods are not refunded pro rata. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

9. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Charged twice or charged the wrong amount? Open a support ticket within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing charges for credits you used) may lead to account suspension.

11. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your account menu (Settings → Support tickets), or email support@rapduo.ai, including the order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
